- Domain: the solution includes your website's domain for at least twelve months. You will retain full ownership of the domain.
- Hosting: website hosting is also included for at least twelve months.
- Website design: the service includes a website structure with at least 3 sections. Pages or sections may include a landing page, company introduction, contact form, product descriptions and contact details.
- Responsive website: your website will adapt to different types of devices.
- Accessibility: your website's design will meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance criteria.
- Basic online visibility: your business information will be indexable by the main search engines (on-page).
- Self-management: you will also have a content management platform so you can update your website without assistance.
- Search engine optimisation (basic SEO): keyword analysis, on-page SEO for 2 pages or sections, indexing and content hierarchy.

- Competitor analysis: market research focused on your competitors' characteristics to improve decision-making and help you achieve a competitive position.
- Business strategy design: development of a strategy to achieve your goals by directing available resources towards them.
- Product catalogue preparation: analysis of the categories to sell, selecting at least ten products aligned with the business strategy, or fewer if you do not have that many.
- Listing content creation: writing at least ten product descriptions, or fewer if you do not have that many products.
- Product listing: uploading at least ten products with their individual descriptions and photographs to the platform, or fewer if you do not have that many.
- The grant does not include marketplace subscription or registration costs, or variable costs associated with sales of the listed products.
