1. Data controller and contact

2. Contact form
The form asks for your name, email address, optional company name, service of interest and message. When submitted, this data is sent to Gyleven's server to validate the enquiry and email it to the team. Enquiries are not stored in a website database.
To prevent abuse, counters associated with identifiers derived using a keyed hash are temporarily retained. They do not contain the message or the email address in plain text and are deleted once expired during the processing of new enquiries. Do not include sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data.
3. Email enquiries
When you email us directly, you share your email address, the message content and any details you choose to include. These are used to respond to your enquiry and, when requested, prepare a service proposal. For quote or contract requests, the intended basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
The legal basis for other enquiries must be confirmed and documented before the final version is published. This policy does not establish general consent for advertising or other uses of your data.
4. Retention and providers
Enquiries that do not result in a contract will be kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact and then deleted. If a contract is entered into, the data needed for the contractual relationship will be processed for that purpose and for the applicable statutory periods. Where there is a legal retention obligation or a need to address a claim, access to and use of the data will be restricted to that purpose.

To be confirmed: email provider, providers' access to data, processing location and, where applicable, international transfers and safeguards. The collection of IP addresses and other technical logs by the production hosting service must also be reviewed.
5. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing info@gyleven.com with your request. If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6. Analytics and assistant
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions with the website. Google receives browsing and device information. You can withdraw your consent through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. Read our Cookie policy and Google's privacy policy. We do not use heatmaps or session recordings. The mascot provides visual interactions and navigation; there is no chat connected to an artificial intelligence provider. Before enabling these features, their terms will be explained and consent requested where appropriate.
