Software, made for you.

Your business has its own way of working. Your software should too.

Let's talk about your project

What we can do

Your way of working. Software that fits.

We develop tools tailored to your business processes, from internal applications to customer platforms.

Connections between existing tools and systems

Your starting point

When it might fit.

When your team enters the same information in several tools, relies on spreadsheets that are difficult to maintain or needs a customer portal, it is worth reviewing the whole process. Custom development may fit if existing tools do not meet those needs and the improvement justifies building and maintaining it.

How we approach it

A clear scope.

We start with your processes, define the scope with you and build a solution you can test and develop further.

The proposal should specify the first version's features, each user's permissions, connections to other systems and how the result will be validated. Data migration, launch and ongoing support are agreed according to the project's needs.

The first conversation

What we need to know.

Tell us who will use the tool, which steps they follow today and where they run into difficulties. A process example without personal data, along with a list of your existing systems, helps us assess the scope and integrations.

Before we start

Questions about custom software.

Do we need to replace everything we use?

Not necessarily. We can explore an application that complements your tools. Before proposing an integration, we review the APIs, access permissions and quality of the available data.

Can we start with part of the process?

Yes. Defining a first version with a specific goal lets your team test it and assess further features based on real use. The scope and acceptance criteria are set out in the proposal.

How is the budget calculated?

It depends on the features, user roles, integrations and data to migrate. Hosting, maintenance and responsibilities after delivery should also be agreed.

The next step

Let's make it
work.

Tell us what you have in mind. We start by listening.
